Overview

I synthesize coumarin ketoxime and ketomethoxime derivatives and study their aggregation-induced emission for sensing.

Methods

Built from a fused coumarin ketone, converted to the oxime and O-methyl oxime, and fully characterized (NMR, HRMS, FTIR, mp, elemental). I measure UV-Vis and fluorescence in acetonitrile and MeCN–water, verify aggregation by DLS, and screen ECL with tri-n-propylamine.
